Yatong Glass Fiber PPR Pipe Extrusion Production Machinery
♣ PPR/PE pipe production/extrusion line/PPR pipe making machinery is used to produce PPR/PE pipes for cold and hot water supply in house.
♣ It's composed of vacuum feeding machine, hopper dryer, single screw extruder, mould, make line co-extruder, vacuum calibration and cooling tank, extended spraying cooling tank, haul off machine, printer, cutter and stack bracket.
Process flow for PPR pipe extruding line
Raw material + additive mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder →
color code extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → cooling tank → haul off machine
→ cutting machine → discharging rack ( or winding machine )
Main advantages:
1. Barrier type screw, by which the material can get good plasticizing at low temperature but high extrusion output.
2. Barrel with feeding groove, material is 38CrMoAl and nitrogen treated, surface hardness is HRC 65-68, which can has a long use life.
3. Millipore type mould with suitable inner compression ratio which can guarantee to produce high quality PPR pipes.
4. High automatic level. The production line is controlled by PLC(touch screen). All parts, like extruder, haul off unit, cutter etc can be controlled by touch screen synchronously.
This line can also be used to produce PP-H, PP-B pipes

1- The machine inspection before delivery in YATONG MACHINERY When you come to our factory .Check everything is it ok .
2- Free of charge of some necessary spare part.
3- One year guaranteeof all the machines running , if any problem ,we will bear. Of course if the machines after one year ,you also can ask for the technical guidance.
4- 1-2 technical engineers will be come to your factory to installation and commissioning the machines and train your workers if you need.
5- We accept 30% TT down payment, 70% TT or LC at sight before delivery.
6- Film packing or plywood packing suit for sea shipping.
