The machine can be used with various extruders and high speed mixer. It can automatically feed plastic powder or granule from storage bin into the hopper by means of a controller of material level(Height can be set by customer themselves). It features feeding automatization, labour saving, safety and reliability.

Work Principle:

Screw loader is driven by motor to move the cycloidal reducer and pass to spiral conveyor ,and press the material forwarding through screw rotation,and generate forwarding push to the material,and the  materials are fed from the inlet and then conveyed to the outlet through the spiral conveyer. The screw conveyor can be used for automatically feeding materials for mixer and injection moulding machine which  have certain requirement on height.
